It is also possible, at additional costs, to have additional services such as:
- Cleaning services for both the house and laundry

- Transportation to and from airport/train

Every apartment has air conditioning, which is NOT included in the price.

It is also possible, at an exclusive price, to have access to a private beach along with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs, which is only 1700 meters from the complex.  If you have your own beach equipment you can access the public beach, which is only 150 meters away from the residence.  

The residence is completely gated in, and every guest is given their own key to the automatic gate to have freedom to come and go as they please.  Guests also have their own private garden.
